We build websites that actually work for businesses

Based in Nantou, we've spent the last eight years helping Taiwanese businesses show up online in ways that make sense. Not flashy. Just functional, honest, and built to last.

Started in 2017 when three developers realized most small businesses were getting oversold on features they didn't need and underserved on the basics that mattered.

How this whole thing got started

Back in early 2017, we were freelancing separately and kept running into the same problem. Business owners would come to us frustrated after spending too much on websites that looked nice but didn't actually help them sell anything or connect with customers.

One coffee shop owner in Taichung had paid someone to build this elaborate site with animations and music that auto-played. But customers couldn't find the menu easily, and the contact form didn't even work on mobile phones.

That's when it clicked for us. Most businesses don't need elaborate anything. They need clear information, easy contact methods, and a site that loads fast on old phones with spotty connections. So we decided to focus on exactly that — and nothing else got in the way.

What we actually care about

No overselling

If you don't need something, we won't try to sell it to you. Simple as that. We've turned down projects when what the client wanted wasn't going to help their business.

Mobile comes first

In Taiwan, most people browse on their phones during commutes or lunch breaks. Your site has to work perfectly there before we even think about the desktop version.

Real communication

We explain things in plain language. No jargon about "synergistic digital ecosystems" or whatever. Just straight talk about what works and what doesn't for your specific situation.

Long-term thinking

We don't disappear after launch. Most of our clients stick around because we're here when they need updates, fixes, or just have questions about their site months later.

Local understanding

We get the Taiwan market. Payment preferences, browsing habits, cultural context. That matters more than people realize when building something that actually converts visitors into customers.

Practical design

Good design serves a purpose. Every element on your site should either help people find information, build trust, or make it easier to contact you. Otherwise it's just decoration.

How we work with you

Understanding phase

We start by listening. What are you trying to accomplish? Who are your actual customers? What problems keep coming up? This usually takes a couple of meetings, sometimes at your location so we can see your operation firsthand.

Strategy clarity

Then we map out what the site actually needs to do. Maybe it's showcasing your portfolio. Maybe it's explaining a complex service simply. Maybe it's just making it dead simple for people to call you. We figure that out before touching any code.

Build and refine

Development happens in stages. You see early versions and give feedback. We adjust based on what makes sense. This isn't about you approving mockups — it's collaborative. Your input shapes the final result because you know your business better than we do.

Launch and support

After launch, we stick around. First month is usually active because you'll think of tweaks once real customers start using it. Then we're available whenever you need changes or run into issues. No extra retainers or surprise fees.

Who you'll be working with

We're a small team by design. Everyone here talks directly with clients, which means you get people who actually understand your project, not junior staff reading from scripts.

Technical Director

Handles the technical side and client strategy. Been coding since university but spent five years working in retail before switching to web development — which honestly helped more than the degree did. That retail background means I actually get how customer-facing businesses operate.

When clients have questions about hosting, security, or whether some new feature is worth adding, that usually comes to me. Outside work I mess around with vintage motorcycles, though my wife wishes I'd find a cleaner hobby.

Let's talk about your project

If this approach sounds like what you're looking for, reach out. First conversation is always free, no pressure. We'll tell you honestly whether we're a good fit for what you need.
