Active project files and communications are kept during our relationship. After a project ends, we typically keep your information for three years in case you need support or want to reference past work. Financial records stick around for seven years because Taiwan tax regulations require it.

Technical logs and website analytics data are automatically deleted after 90 days. We just don't need that information long-term.

International Data Transfers

Our servers are located in Taiwan, and we primarily work with Taiwan-based service providers. If we ever need to transfer data internationally – say, to a hosting provider with servers outside Taiwan – we'll make sure appropriate safeguards are in place.

Any international transfers comply with Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act requirements for cross-border data flow. We only work with providers that maintain adequate data protection standards.
